1. Remove material at the source
SnapStory Viewer does not host a creator account. If you control the Snapchat post or profile, removing the material or changing its public visibility on Snapchat is the fastest way to make it unavailable at the source.
2. Copyright notices
If you believe copyrighted work is accessible through the service without authorization, send a written notice to our designated contact. A complete notice helps us locate and assess the material promptly.
3. Required notice details
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact SnapStory Viewer and source URLs for the material.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
4. Counter-notices
If access is restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, an affected party may send a legally sufficient counter-notice identifying the material and the basis for restoration. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the relevant parties or service providers.
5. Misrepresentations and repeat abuse
Knowingly making material misrepresentations may create liability. We may restrict users who repeatedly misuse the service or rights-notice process.
6. Designated contact
